Shipping policy

The shipping time inside Saudi Arabia is from two to five days only
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unworn.

Damage and issues

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
